Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

Looking for an amazing opportunity working in Real Estate? Fitzpatricks Real Estate are seeking a full time Property Manager and/or an Assistant Property Manager to support our high performing property management team.

We are in a high growth phase and this position is an excellent opportunity to work in the exciting real estate industry, with an energetic team who enjoy a vibrant, happy work place with a strong and supportive team culture.

If interested, you will have the following:

  • A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent certificate) or a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice
  • Exceptional communication skills and enjoy contact with people
  • Professional personal presentation, manner and dialogue
  • Ability to perform tasks both in the office and offsite at managed properties
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Be an Australian citizen or resident with a valid Australian work permit
  • Enjoy a supportive role within a team environment

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in Property Management as a Property Manager
  • Experience using database software
  • Proficient using technology

Sales Consultant

Fitzpatricks are currently looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team! Success in this position will be dependent upon the individual’s ability to be proactive in generating new relationships and new business.

Applicants should be ambitious, motivated team players, with a strong desire to excel whilst providing first class customer service and possess the ability to liaise with our clients and represent our brand.

Your role will include:

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Carry out prospecting activities
  • Conduct listing and sales presentations
  • Conduct open house inspections
  • Communication with vendors and potential purchasers
  • Database management
  • Buyer inspections
  • Work with the sales team to grow the sales pipeline & consistently achieve goals

Skills and experience

  • Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Previous experience in real estate preferred (but not essential as full training will be provided)
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to multitask
  • Fast learner, organised and strong administrative skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with staff and clients
  • Excellent people management and negotiation skills
  • Established time management and organisation skills
  • A willingness to continually learn and develop, being open to feedback
