Carrie has been so fantastic over the last two years as our property manager. Super professional, and a great communicator. She has made leasing this house an absolute pleasure & should be commended for the hard work she puts in both for us (the tenant) and the owner of the property. It's partly because of Carrie that we happily stay on in this property(going into our third year shortly), as she's made it so easy. Any issues we've had have been resolved so quickly without any fuss.

Stephanie Wilson is the property manager for the rental I am in. She is an exceptional lady who gives all her time and effort to assist customers in any way that she can. Stephanie will provide you with constant updates of where work is at on the property to ensure you are informed at all times. If you have any concerns or queries, she will follow them up straight away and give you answers to the best of her ability. Steph is very approachable; has a great personality and is someone who will go out of her way to ensure you are satisfied with her work. I would personally like to thank Steph for the last year and a half, having you as my property manager has been absolutely delightful and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Jacob organised a viewing at very short notice as I was travelling out of town and answered all my questions in a direct manner. He remained helpful during the inspection, negotiation, contract exchange and settlement phases of the transaction. I consider it the mark of an excellent realtor when, although I know he is working for the vendor, he was consistently responsive and available to provide any additional information as if I was his client.

I was impressed by his manner and how he answered our questions; I don’t think I have ever felt comfortable looking through a place before and today it felt like we were welcome to browse as long as we liked - very refreshing. I was also impressed that we were provided with the coloured print outs for the properties and given the invitation to receive the emails that are sent from your office with updates etc.

I would also like to say that the suggested properties we have received from you so far have been great, I love that they have all fitted into the information I gave you. I’m used to having to filter through suggestions provided because other agents seem to add one or two to the list as if they might be able to sell it to us even though it doesn’t have something from the list - once again it’s very refreshing.
