Lloyd, one of Wagga Wagga’s newest suburbs, is situated southwest of the central business district. Development began in the late 90s, and today, Lloyd is an attractive suburb featuring well-designed modern homes, predominantly three and four bedrooms, scattered throughout well-maintained streets. This purely residential area enjoys close proximity to the popular multipurpose Jubilee Park, as well as South City and Tolland shopping centres.
While there are no schools located within Lloyd itself, nearby suburbs such as Kapooka and Tolland offer educational facilities, with many more available in and around Wagga Wagga.
For recreation, Lloyd Park on Red Hill Road provides a grassy area with play equipment. Additionally, residents can enjoy the Wiradjuri walking track and Jubilee Park in the neighbouring suburb of Bourkelands.
