This is my first dealing with repairs / Maintenance as a tenant. It was only a minor repair on the hot water heater but it was handled with a professional manor that i was not expecting. I rang a few time through out the day and was spoken too politely and felt that you where there to ensure i was happy with my rental and respected that although I’m not the owner this is my home . I have about 23 rentals in QLD,NSW,VIC and TAS, and an ongoing drama that i have is when dealing/meeting tenants it the fact that they don’t feel that they get looked after and as a landlord a realestate agent managing my properties i believe that you role is an vital role in my investment and its profit margin. If i had any properties in wagga i would of signed them too you last week.

Carrie has been so fantastic over the last two years as our property manager. Super professional, and a great communicator. She has made leasing this house an absolute pleasure & should be commended for the hard work she puts in both for us (the tenant) and the owner of the property. It's partly because of Carrie that we happily stay on in this property(going into our third year shortly), as she's made it so easy.
