As interstate owners, we also relied on Gemma to help with the pre-purchase inspections. She checked through the property for us, tested key items, and made sure everything was ready for tenants, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

I would really highly recommend Fitzpatrick Real Estate. They are all so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. And they take the stress out of your move but taking the first two weeks rent in advance as your first two weeks so you're not looking for that extra money while you love and the fact, they take the rent out every Friday night, so I don’t have to worry about it is really good as well

Great rental property management-easy to work with and very efficient
