This is my first dealing with repairs / Maintenance as a tenant. It was only a minor repair on the hot water heater but it was handled with a professional manor that i was not expecting. I rang a few time through out the day and was spoken too politely and felt that you where there to ensure i was happy with my rental and respected that although I’m not the owner this is my home . I have about 23 rentals in QLD,NSW,VIC and TAS, and an ongoing drama that i have is when dealing/meeting tenants it the fact that they don’t feel that they get looked after and as a landlord a realestate agent managing my properties i believe that you role is an vital role in my investment and its profit margin. If i had any properties in wagga i would of signed them too you last week.
