After a long 12 months of applying for rentals across the board, a friend recently said to try Fitzpatricks. At first I was hesitant and sort of avoided the idea and then I stumbled upon the property (now my home) and went to the viewing. The whole process (not done on an app) was simple and easy. It was step by step and prompt. I went to the viewing and walked in and fell in love. Once I’d viewed the property I said I was interested. Within 10 minutes of leaving the property I received notification that my application had been short listed and sent thru to the landlord. WOW I thought, this has never happened before. I decided to touch base with the rental department to inquire if I needed to do anything and spoke to my property manager Caitlin* who was friendly, cheerful and positive. She explained that the landlord worked away and silly hours and that it would be a week before we heard back. I called on Friday, and then on Monday and was informed again that the landlord had not been in contact. Tuesday morning Caitlin called and made a single Mum a very happy lady. She informed me of the process and sure enough, the emails came through. I cannot believe the service and the fact that a property manager can be nice, kind and honest with everything they say. I can’t wait to begin my new life with my son and I can’t wait to be a tenant to Fitzpatricks. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the team and thank you to the landlord.
