Yesterday I settled on 44 Fitzroy St Tatton. This house was sold to me by Jacob and I would like to pass on my thanks and praise to him. Through the process of buying Fitzroy he was professional and attentive. I was tossing up between this house and another and Jacob was the deciding factor in my purchase. I have been looking to buy since January and have viewed many houses over that time. Jacob was the ONLY agent who made follow up phone calls and offered extra viewings. He was appreciative of my situation ( selling a house in Sydney) and was extremely patient while coordinating a tricky situation!.
