Jacob was easy to talk to about our reasons for selling and our circumstances in these unusual times. Always contactable, and friendly plus polished and knowledgeable regarding the local environment.

The marketing photos and video were first class and the response to the first open house was mindblowing. To sell our house one hour after the first open house for asking price is simply amazing. We were well informed along the way which made the whole process smooth and simple.
