Founded February 21 1950 by Geoffery James Fitzpatrick, supported by his wife Bette, Fitzpatricks was formally known as G.J.
Fitzpatrick & Co. Beginning its operation from a small office in the basement of the former Gissings building in Fitzmaurice
Street, Geoff was given the building on a rent-free basis in return for writing up the owner’s financial books.

Throughout Geoff’s real estate career, he kept extensive diary entries, detailing his day to day activities and financial
transactions. From his original modes of transport of a bicycle or by foot, armed with his diary, tape measure and contracts,
Geoff’s first house sale was a property located in Wollundry Avenue selling for 4800 pounds.

As a privately owned, local family business, it has grown from its humble beginnings, starting as a one man show, to now
employing a professional and dynamic team of over 40 staff from its current Baylis Street location, proudly serving the people
of Wagga Wagga for the past 75 years.

Real estate is ingrained in the Fitzpatricks family, with Geoff’s three sons joining the team over the years. Peter, Chris and
Richard coming on board in 1972, 1975 and 1980 respectively. Geoff stepped down as Director in 1983, to later retire from real
estate in 1998 after almost 50 years in the business, with Richard being the last Fitzpatrick to retire in 2022.

Fitzpatricks attributes the success and growth of the company to hard work, discipline and great customer relationships
forged and maintained throughout the years. Investing in the continual development, education and training of our team, as
well as engaging and implementing the latest in technology.

Fitzpatricks strength and growth continues under the leadership of their dedicated and experienced Directors Natalie Websdale, Erina McPherson, Brendan Madigan, Shaun Lowry, Paul
Gooden, Phil Lamotte, Geoff Seymour and Grant Goldsworthy who are proud to carry on the legacy of the Fitzpatricks brand.

“At Fitzpatricks, we focus on delivering a real estate experience that surpasses expectations. We work hard to provide
professional and exceptional service across all aspects of our business. We encourage a transparent approach that utilises
our leading expertise, innovation, wealth of knowledge and experience to establish enduring relationships built on trust and
integrity” said Natalie Websdale.

Fitzpatricks is committed to the ongoing support of local charities as it has since inception and has given back to a range of
initiatives such as Circus Quirkus, Riverina Bluebell, CareVan, BlazeAid, Wagga Youth Drop-In Centre, Ronald McDonald House
and most recently Good Talk. They proudly sponsor various teams and events, specifically to support and encourage children
and adults to stay active and healthy.

Fitzpatricks maintains a dominant real estate presence in Wagga Wagga, holding a large market share, serving the community
with a range of property services including residential and commercial sales and property management, retirement village
sales and management, project marketing, land development and property consultation.
