Kate joined Fitzpatrick’s in November 2022, bringing her strong administrative background into the world of property management. Since then, she has been dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient tenancy experiences for both landlords and tenants, making her a valuable asset to the team.

With diverse experience across various administrative roles, Kate has developed exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Her professional approach is built on honesty and kindness, values that drive her ability to build trust and positive relationships with clients. She takes pride in providing clear communication and reliable support, ensuring that all parties feel confident and informed throughout the leasing process.

Helping tenants find a place to call home and assisting landlords in securing the right tenants is what Kate enjoys most about her role. Her dedication and commitment to excellence were recognized when she was awarded the "Beakin of Brilliance" in February 2025—an internal competition within the Property Management team that highlights outstanding contributions.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys the simple pleasures in life—walking her dog, spending quality time with friends, and visiting her family on the farm. Whether unwinding in nature or catching up with loved ones, she values the balance between her professional and personal life.
