Kiah Deveraux

Kiah joint the Fitzpatricks team in 2026, bringing over 10 years of customer service experience to her role. She built a strong foundation in real estate through a progression of roles starting in client care, before moving into a dual position as a property management assistant and leasing consultant, and now thriving as a sales associate to Shaun Lowry.

Her diverse industry experience has provided her with a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of real estate, allowing her to approach every client interaction with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their property goals and find their dream home.

A graduate of Mater Dei in 2018, Kiah has since completed her Certificate of Registration and holds her real estate licence. She is guided by her core values of communication, reliability, and empathy, and understands that buying or investing in property is a significant life moment.
