Since joining Fitzpatricks in September 2024 as a receptionist, Maddy has quickly advanced to the role of Leasing Consultant, bringing energy, dedication, and a strong focus on customer service to the team.

With a background in hospitality and experience as a support worker, Maddy has honed exceptional people skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Known for being easy-going and always willing to assist, Maddy takes pride in creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues. Her favourite part of the job is helping people find a place to call home, making every interaction meaningful and rewarding.
