Phil Lamotte is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who specialises in Commercial property sales including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, special purpose assets and development sites in Wagga Wagga.

In addition to 7 years real estate experience, Phil has an array of professional knowledge, working in regional and national roles with multi-national companies to owning small businesses. Phil understands the importance of developing and maintaining working relationships. He has a genuine care for his clients and his ability to generate appraisals based on fact, logic and knowledge, rather than opinion, is an asset to his clients and buyers.

In his spare time Phil enjoys motorcycle sport and riding.  He is a life member of the Wagga Wagga Motorcycle Sports Club and is a coach and casual competitor.  Phil is also a member of the Wagga Classic Motorcycle Club and loves collecting and riding older motorcycles.
