Ria Kaur

Ria joined Fitzpatricks Real Estate through a School Based Apprenticeship while completing her Certificate III in Real Estate Practice. After first gaining exposure to the industry through work experience with the agency, she quickly developed a strong interest in property and the dynamic nature of real estate.

Working alongside the sales team, Ria has gained valuable hands on experience in the day-to-day operations of property sales while continuing to develop her knowledge of the industry. Her early start in real estate has allowed her to build a strong understanding of client service, professional communication and the importance of attention to detail at every stage of the sales process.

Ria is recognised for her strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to learning from experienced agents within the Fitzpatricks team. She values professionalism, reliability and building genuine relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Her favourite part of the role is being part of the process of helping people achieve major life milestones through property while continuing to grow within the industry.

Outside of work, Ria enjoys fashion, content creation and spending time with friends and family. She is passionate about building a long-term career in real estate and continuing to develop her skills within the property industry.
