We’re pleased to announce that Fitzpatricks Property Investment Consultant; Gemma Aiken was announced Winner of Business Development Manager of the Year at the REINSW Awards.

Fitzpatricks Real Estate were honoured to be representing Wagga Wagga at the Awards Gala Dinner at Doltone House, Pyrmont on Tuesday 16th of September 2025, where our Property Investment Consultant; Gemma Aiken and Director; Paul Gooden were both recognised as finalists in their categories for excellence by the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

Gemma was awarded for her outstanding contribution to the success of our investors, and for playing an integral role in achieving our property management goal, three months ahead of schedule.

The success has come as no surprise, Gemma is known for her dedication to building strong client relationships and understanding their unique needs. Whilst maintaining her ability to deliver exceptional service and value which not only attracts new clients but also fosters loyalty among existing ones.

Paul was recognised as one of six finalists for his very successful marketing campaign of 109 Fox Street, known as “Conjura”. Paul saw the opportunity to use a storytelling-based campaign, centred around the properties historical and architectural significance. The outstanding results translated into the property only seeing 27 days on the market and selling for a record-breaking residential sale price for Wagga Wagga, exceeding both the asking price and all previous residential sales in Central Wagga Wagga.
